Two surgeries, first; full TT with medial thigh lift (mid thigh) and second gluteal thigh lift with flap. Lipo at knees, etc 2; 7.5h surgery w full TT outer thigh lift, butt lift with sculpting medial TL (extending to knee) some lipo around knee and legs etc. 3.Full TT with full lower body lift and lipo. Lipo at knee and inner thigh. 2nd surgery, medial TL if needed
I am looking into more details about the recovery for a groin crease thigh lift vs a full thigh lift where the scar goes down to the knee. I had a consult with a surgeon and he said my skin laxity isnt too severe and enough for a groin crease scar. Just wondering what the timeline is for a groin crease thigh lift and when Ill be able to workout again.
Not too sure how to address or where to even start on my problem area in my lower butt/posterior thigh area. I am 36 years old 53 125lbs 22.1 BMI, lost 80 lbs, had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation 10/2024. Looking for recommendations on what the best route to plan for this area. Standing up doesnt look as bad but when bent over even slightly you can see a major difference. I dont think I have enough fat to transfer in that area, didnt have lipo with my tummy tuck either. Would Renuvion or Radiesse help? Or would I need to approach it as a thigh lift and if so which kind? Or even a lower butt lift/tuck at the gluteal fold? Please advise.
Hi, Ive consulted with two doctors re: thighplasty and brachioplasty. Im planning a thighplasty in June. Doc 2 ( who I love) said I could do both at same time but would have to be so so so careful in the first three weeks out of surgery. I can arrange for some help, but probably not 24/7 help after the first week or so. Thoughts? Would it be more wise to wait to do arms separately in December? Thank you so much
Growing up I have always had what people call thick thighs. As a grew so did my thighs and so did the problem. I physically can not where dresses, shorts, skirts or low crotch pants in fear of the pain i will face after 5 minute. My thighs have chafed so badly that theyve became open wounds that in turn became scaring. I want to be able to do the things I love without the pain that comes with it. (Yes I have tried working out but to no avail) anything I can do to fix this problem ?
I am being closely monitored by my amazing surgeon, but I would appreciate some additional advice on what I should be doing in terms of movement to help this close faster. My surgeon says to do whatever I feel comfortable with pain wise but I am now 2 weeks post op so pain is minimal and I am aware getting on and off of chairs is pulling at the incision. The current protocol is shower twice a day using an anti microbial wash, covering the open area with Vaseline and covering with sterile swab.
Yesterday I sat at the table preparing dinner kinda tilted back with my legs up. since then I feel like my thigh Is a bit more swollen near incision particularly on the right side and feels a little more tender then left. I still have my drains & stitches. I had my 10 day follow up appt all looked good. I was putting to much fluid out to remove drains and to swollen to take stitches out. I go back Thursday morning. Sitting could I have done something or just irritated it???
