You are an excellent candidate for a newtechnique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast LiftTM.Using only a circumareola incision it ispossible to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevatethem higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.Through the same incision, implants can beplaced.Aligning the areola, breasttissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizesanterior projection with a minimal size implant.Small round textured silicone gel implantsplaced retro-pectoral look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likelyto ripple or have complications needing revision.Implant profile is irrelevant in theretro-pectoral position since the muscle compresses it.Implantation alone will not solve yourproblem since the implants have to be centered underneath the areola.Superficial skin excisions using acircumareola technique will not reposition breast tissue.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You appear to have tuberous breast deformity which can be corrected with an implant and a periareolar lift. This procedure can help correct the appearance of a very lateral nipple/areola as well as reduce the areolar diameter.
Thank you for your picture. Unfortunately there's very little bit can be done to move your breasts closer together since they are naturally far apart. Your realtor can be reduced to improve them cosmetically.
You may choose to havebreast implants inserted directly under the nipples through a periaerolarincision laterally. If the implants are placed too medially then thenipples will point further apart. Then, through the same incision, areolareduction can be performed. If you'd like more cleavage then liposuctionand fat graphting to the medial breasts can be done. This mayimprove your results. Please check withyour plastic surgeon.
Thanks for your question. Because you already have "wide spaced breasts" or a long distance between your areolas, any volume you add to the center of each breast will further worsen that scenario. In your case, my approach to get the maximum cleavage that you want and not have odd looking areolas is to do a standard subpectoral breast augmentation and a circumareolar medial repostioning of your areolas. In other words, perform a procedure much like a donut mastopexy, but moving the areola to the center. I believe that this will get you the best result.
Thanks for your question and your picture. No one has mirror image breasts. There is always a difference in size, shape, nipple position, etc. Looking at your photos, you appear to have a slight difference in shape and volume. The distance between the breasts is a function of your sternal width and the slope of your rib cage. A breast augmentation might help improve the shape. Unfortunately this is something that really needs a personal consultation to give you your options. Hi and thanks for your question. Asymmetry of breasts is the norm and not the exception. Yours happens to be a bit more prominent than others but still within the range of possibilities. I understand your frustration. Althoug there isn't much that can be done about the actual anatomical separation, I feel a breast augmentation would benefit you. Most women who come to our institute are seeking that elusive cleavage. At the present time, you are unable to create any sort of cleavage because of your separation and small breasts. There isn't much that can be done about the basic anatomy, however, a breast augmentation will give you volume. You can therefore create the cleavage. I would suggest either a saline or silicone gel implant, moderate plus profile, inserted through the areola, behind the muscle in the range of 325-350cc. Your areolas could be reduced at the same time.Always seek out a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with years of experience in dealing with cosmetic breast surgery. I wish you the best on your journey. Research, research and then research some more. Good luck
Sorry but not much. Your issue is one of genetics and anatomy of the chest vault/breasts lateral location..
Thank you for your question. You have a difficult problem where the nipple/areolar complexes are displaced laterally. Any implant placed in the center of the breast will further aggravate this. A circumareolar mastopexy to move the areolas slightly medially at the time of your augmentation will help your breast shape and projection. You appear to have some degree of tuberous breast deformity. Good luck with your surgery and consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Hi there,The small size of your breasts can be amended with breast augmentation surgery, which can bring your breasts closer together but will make your outward facing areolae look further apart. In order to centralise your nipples over your breast mounds and reduce the size of your areolae you will also need to undergo a breast lift (mastopexy). Both procedures can be performed at the same time.Best of luck,James
