Hi and thanks for your question. Asymmetry of breasts is the norm and not the exception. Yours happens to be a bit more prominent than others but still within the range of possibilities. I understand your frustration. Althoug there isn't much that can be done about the actual anatomical separation, I feel a breast augmentation would benefit you. Most women who come to our institute are seeking that elusive cleavage. At the present time, you are unable to create any sort of cleavage because of your separation and small breasts. There isn't much that can be done about the basic anatomy, however, a breast augmentation will give you volume. You can therefore create the cleavage. I would suggest either a saline or silicone gel implant, moderate plus profile, inserted through the areola, behind the muscle in the range of 325-350cc. Your areolas could be reduced at the same time.Always seek out a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with years of experience in dealing with cosmetic breast surgery. I wish you the best on your journey. Research, research and then research some more. Good luck
