Is there absolutely ANY way to change an outie belly button into an innie?

I am extremely insecure about my belly button. Every single one of my friends have an innie. They always go swimming and go to the beach and I always stay home because I am so insecure. I'm afraid that one day it might get involved in my love life an boys won't be attracted to me. Please please PLEASE help!!! Suggest ANYTHING as silly it might be :)

Impossible to tell without photos. But if it is that noticeable perhaps you have a small hernia.  Unfortunately, correcting it would involve a scar that might not be worth it.

If your only concern is the belly button and you have no hernia, an outie can be converted into an innie in an umbilicoplasty procedure to anchor the belly button to the underlying tissue.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds  
of tummy tuck procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's 
 website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

There are a couple of issues to consider here - 1. Do you have an umbilical hernia ? If you do, then fixing it will create a better looking bely button2. If you do not have an umbilical hernia, and happen to have excess umbilical fat and skin, then the umbilicus can be revised into an 'innie' by a plastic surgeonTalk to a good local plastic surgeon and get an opinion.

I do a lot of tummy tucks on women with "outy" belly buttons secondary to pregnancy.  During the tummy tuck, I tighten the abdominal muscles and this frequently converts an "outy" to an "inny" belly buttons.  So, basically you might need a tummy tuck to get the look that you desire.

You must be examined first to be sure that you are a good candidate for the revision surgery, called an umbilicoplasty, but also to be sure that you do not have a hernia at your belly button (umbilical hernia). The umbilicus or belly button is a scar that is the residual of the umbilical cord that attached you to the placenta when you where in utero.  Plastic surgeons perform scar revision surgery daily and the belly button is no different.  Please see a board certified plastic surgery to discuss your options, you may have an umbilical hernia that could be fixed at the same time as a revision of your belly button.  You can convert that ugly duckling to a beautiful swan!

surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do
without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired
