I am extremely insecure about my belly button. Every single one of my friends have an innie. They always go swimming and go to the beach and I always stay home because I am so insecure. I'm afraid that one day it might get involved in my love life an boys won't be attracted to me. Please please PLEASE help!!! Suggest ANYTHING as silly it might be :)

During the tummy tuck, I tighten the abdominal muscles and this frequently converts an "outy" to an "inny" belly buttons. So, basically you might need a tummy tuck to get the look that you desire.
