A small rectangle from my belly button to my incision is still numb. I can't feel anything there. I thought since it was so far after 6 weeks I'd be alright with doing jump rope (it's the only cardio I really like to do) and I felt this feeling. I was going really hard. Should I stop doing it all together until I don't feel numb? (I know that might be forever) Or should I go slower? There was no "pain" but this sensation was very odd and alarming.
