I'm 42. In good health. The last 2 years, I've noticed the tip of my nose becoming larger. I also have a significant "bump" at the end that has distorted the tip. Another bump seems to be there as well, just less prominent. A rude ENT Dr. told me "it's probably cartridge". Great diagnosis! NOT. It looks terrible and sometimes even swells. What should I do?
