I wanted to share my successful lower face rejuvenation journey with Dr Frankel.
Due to some inevitable factors such as my age and genetics, coupled with the over use of HAs as well as permanent fillers and somewhat over done facial fat transfer to the lower region by a different provider, I was becoming quite unhappy with my appearance.
I noticed jowls, sagging and my jawline disappearing coupled with a double chin.

When it came to my face I wanted to make sure I selected the provider that is highly qualified as well as finding the right fit when it came to my case. I had three providers I consulted with. All top notch board certified facial plastics surgeons. I decided to go with Dr Frankel as I trusted his expertise, he immediately saw what my area of concern was and through out the process we always were on the same page as far as a surgical plan and having realistic expectations.

When it came to the actual surgery everything started on exactly time and went beyond smoothly. The next day went over how he removed as much of the disfiguring permanent filler, scar tissue and bad fat left over from the old facial fat transfer I had from a previous provider. It was quite shocking to know all that was lurking below and thus were the big contributors to my premature aging.
All my post ops went well and I had no complications that one must be aware of when it comes to face lifts. My swelling was minimal considering I had a deep plane face lift and a direct Platysmalplasty.
Bruising wasn’t bad either and subsided after about 7 days post. Since the sutures have been removed, I have been very diligent with using biocorneum scar cream in conjunction with the silicone scar tape to continue to have proper scar management for optimal healing.

I’m coming up on about 2 months post and I feel amazing. I really was even more elated when I took some pictures I will share that really showed what a huge improvement was made after having this procedure.
Thanks to Dr Frankel I have my confidence back, feel like I have turned back time and has exceeded my expectations.

Just wanted to share in order my before and after photos two months post.
I’m beyond thrilled! The results have absolutely exceeded my expectations and certainly have my confidence back not to mention turning back time a bit.

Dr Frankel operated on me 8 years ago to repair disastrous work done by two other famous surgeons. He has helped me immensely in improving the form and function of my nose. He is a kind and caring man and incredibly skilled. I am grateful to him for all the help he has given me.

I had a lower facelift with Dr. Frankel after having 3 other consultations. It was my second facelift, so I knew what to look for. Personal friends had also recommended him which made him more trustworthy. I also liked that he had natural results, never a pulled look. 

Recovery was a breeze. I had pain maybe the first 2-3 days and that was it. Dr. Frankel was so helpful and guided me through everything even though I already had a facelift. He doesn't do a cookie cutter process, he tailors to the individual.

I really feel like he is truly passionate about what he does. I've been in this industry a long time and his expertise is amazing. He is the guy for facial surgery.

I had a rhinoplasty done 10 years ago with another doctor and was not happy with the long-term results. I needed a doctor with a lot of experience and knowledge to re-evaluate my case. A family member referred me to Dr. Frankel for his vast experience in nose-related procedures. After reviewing Dr. Frankel's website, looking at before-and-after pics and other revision cases, I requested an initial consultation. When I met with the doctor, I was amazed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained to me the things that needed to be corrected in my nose, the procedure and the recovery process. The office environment and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. My revision rhinoplasty was on April 12th and I am happy to say that everything went wonderful. The recovery was quick and felt just mild discomfort that went away a couple of days after. I am very happy with the end results. Dr Andrew Frankel was highly recommended to me by a former patient of his to repair a botched neck lift I had received two years earlier. From the moment I met him, I felt an immediate confidence in his expertise, knowledge and skill. I had been living with a nose that I was never happy with cosmetically and breathing issues as a result of prior sinus/nasal surgery over 20 years ago. I am a Physician Assistant and work in Neurosurgery at one of the best hospitals in the world for one of the best Neurosurgeons in the world and was reluctant to undergo surgery myself as I was told that my issue was quite complex and the consults I had were not very optimistic in my outcome. Enter Dr. Andrew Frankel. I was immediately impressed with his expertise in both ENT and Plastics. The consultation was night and day over the other surgeons I had consulted. He went into great detail, explaining how my problem could be treated and realistic expectations. His office staff and Fellow were top notch and walked me through the entire process. Postoperatively, I had some discomfort from where the rib cartilage was removed, however, this resolved in 48 hours with ice and I had no nasal pain. The cherry on top is being able to finally breathe!!! Dr. Frankel under promised and over delivered! I returned to work 10 days postop and my job is not sedentary by any means. Coming from the high level of treatment I provide my patients and the high level of expectations I have AS a patient, I highly recommend Dr. Frankel and I am so grateful that I waited to find THE BEST surgeon.

Incredible!! He is an artist who is truly dedicated to his craft. He saved my face and my self-confidence. I’m currently 10 months post and I feel like a completely different person. My nose was so botched that there is still a tiny bit of work to be done, but I look forward to my continued relationship with Dr. Frankel. I have seen Dr. Frankel multiple times since surgery and he is always amazing and truly cares about his patients. I chose him after consulting with many big names because he listened to me far better than any of the others (this was a big deal) and he asked great questions. With some of the others I felt like I was just listening to a sales pitch monologue and wasn’t even being engaged in a conversation, and that was so frustrating. Dr. Frankel was completely different in the consultation and I immediately knew I wanted to have him perform my surgery; in fact, I canceled my last consultation after seeing him because I was so certain. I have gone back for some other smaller work since and will only consider him in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Frankel!

In June of 2016, I had a Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Frankel. I wasn't happy with my nose and just needed it corrected.
