Fat can be harvest from many areas: arms, abdomen, back, flanks, thighs, etc.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

If a patient doesn't have any concerns about fat deposits in the body and is only looking to augment the buttocks then I typically try to suggest harvesting fat from areas I think will most likely improve her shape independently of the buttock augmentation. If one or more of these areas consists of 'stubborn' or hard to eliminate fat - all the better. In these instances the hope is that as the patient's weight fluctuates she will not lose weight and volume in the buttock if the fat placed there was relatively diet 'resistant'. To be honest fat transfer is an evolving art and science. We are all looking for the best way to harvest fat, prepare fat and re-inject fat. Many of us surgeons have our preferences but no one technique has gained predominance. It appears that good results can be had with a number of differing techniques. If your surgeon has the experience and an artistic eye, he will be able to let you know which areas will be the best for harvesting fat - in a way that will enhance your overall result. The "Best Place" to have fat removed from, is where you want fat removed from.  It is your body.  I have performed the Brazilian Butt Lift for about 15 years now and never liposuctioned an area just for the purpose of obtaining fat. I will only liposuction an area if you want that area made smaller or shapelier.  If you want your thighs made smaller, then ask your surgeon to liposuction your thighs.  I almost always liposuction a woman's waistline (Abdomen, waist and flank areas) as part of the BBL procedure because it is the slimming of your waistline along with the enlargement of your buttocks that gives such a dramatic and beautiful hourglass shape! 
As far as the "stubborn fat" theory.  It is a theory.  I'm still not a fan of that theory.  I have used fat from all over the body for buttocks enhancement and have only found one area that seems to lead to better fat survival than others.  But I still do not recommend taking fat from there unless you want that area made smaller.

we could take fat from inner thighs, belly, love hands,posterior arms, inner knees,and that of course would be enought to realize it unless you be under your normal average age, height, weight then in that case it would be recommended to get it from macrolane.

The best fat is "stubborn fat" --the kind that comes from areas that are resistant to diet and exercise.  The reason that fat works better is that if you lose a little weight after the surgery you are less likely to lose it from the butt. Those stubborn fat cells still think they are back on your hips or other "stubborn" areas. 

 

So, if your thighs go up and down easily when you lose weight, they wouldn't be the best areas of fat to use. On the other hand, if they rub together and you think they would look better slimmed down...insist that he take that fat too.
