Your scar looks normal for the first few weeks following your procedure. See the below link for detailed information on how to achieve the least visible scar.

If designed and closed meticulously, the scar underneath chin will typically feel firm and a little "thick" during the initial weeks after the procedure but will dramatically soften and flatten very quickly.  Sometimes an injection of Kenalog will hasten the flattening, but typically your body's own healing process will do all that is needed.I hope this helps.

Thank you for your picture. Your scar is typical for two weeks after surgery. Actually looks like it's doing rather well. This will heal and flatten out over the next 3 to 6 months. Please keep close follow-up with your plastic surgeon if you have any further concerns.

Your scar looks completely normal.  As you heal it will get less red, and will start to flatten out.  If for some reason it gets firm or raised, your surgeon will have things they can do to help it along, such as steroid injections, laser etc.  But this area normally heals quite well, so just give it time.   

The condition of the incision under your chin considering you are two weeks away from the facelift is about average. This should disappear to almost nothing in the next few months.

The scar under your chin 2 weeks after your facelift is not a keloid.  The scar should flatten with more time and the redness should improve as well.  It can take 6-12 months for this healing process to occur.  Be sure to follow-up with your surgeon so that the progress of the scar can be monitored to make sure it is healing as it should over time.  

At this early stage sutures are dissolving and swelling is present. I often find this incisions fade completely by 3 months

All incision take time to heal.  Scars go through an evolution for a year after surgery and sometimes longer.  At 2 weeks it is too early to tell but redness and a raised scar can be normal.  Scar management after facelift surgery is one of the reasons follow up visits are so important. I will occasionally inject a steroid into the scar to help flatten it.  I generally do not do this until a month after surgery. Massage can helps as well. See your surgeon if you have any concerns. He/She performed the surgery and should guide you through the healing process. 

While I agree with the others that the "scar"s following facelift will improve with time, what you are describing is not a scar.  It is too early after your surgery for a scar to be present.  I'm not even sure it represents an incision.  It seems lower than the typical submental incision.  I certainly feel you should return to your surgeon for evaluation.  It may be the result of pressure from a bandage or something else.  Hard to tell from the pictures you sent.

Scars in general are pink red lumpy for 2 to 4 months and they take a minimum of 6 to 10 months to fade to white and smooth out. Two weeks is way too early to look at a scar critically. Your photographs show normal healing of your scar. Your plastic surgeon will give you instructions on how to manage your scar as your wounds heal. Best wishes!
