My implants are placed too high and have strong animation deformity. My doctor recommended pocket revision to lower the implants and and capsulectomy with the same implants. He said my breast will go through the same recovery time of riding high as originally. But if im not changing to bigger implants and adjusting the pocket lower, why will it still ride high for months like a primary breast augmentation?

Your sternum cannot be changed. However, you do need a lift. I suggest consider going smaller, not larger, so less implant can be visible and have fewer ripples.
What you are describing is very unusual and frightening. While a stable (awake and conscious) patient may be discharged to a nurse, most certifying surgical accreditation organizations REQUIRE a physician to remain.

If you are not comfortable with your surgeon, then go to another and get a second opinion. I would suggest discussing all your concerns with your first surgeon.
