Where is the seal of the breast implant normally located? The round seal part of a silicone implant, are they normally set inside the breast under the nipple or at the back facing the muscles and rib cage? I hope you understand my question. I am wondering where the lumpy seal is normally located when placing the implant or if it just ends up where it does and is always different.
