3 days post BBL having terrible headaches, what can I take to help this?

I had my bbl surgery three days ago. I'm having terrible splitting headaches. I'm trying to get off of the pain meds because I've been taking two every four hours since the operation. Can I take adVile or something else? My whole body is completely swollen and puffy including my face.
