I have very loose skin underneath my buttocks. On one of my hips, the butt tucks into my leg and creates a big crease that shouldn't be there and can be seen from the side. Originally I was wanting my lovehandles to be removed mainly but instead my hips were taken also and it left me with a big uneven droopy butt. Please what do I need to do in order to just look more natural, & i want some HIPS put back on me. I don't want any tucks or lifts. Also what can I do about those bad scars?

You can certainly revise the appearance and transfer fat into the hips if this was not done initially.  80% of what I do is revision.

Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.  will recommend you after 6 months of this procedure, consider a BBL revision, with fat transfer to hips.  I recommend you discuss any concern with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck :)

Based on your preop picture it appears your hip or upper outer thigh has an area where the fat it's very thin.
This is often referred to as a hip dip.
I'm not sure if this area was liposuctioned.
In the area where the tissue layers are thin are going to be limited to how much fat can survive.
When the hip dip  is significant it will often not hold as much fat that survives as the rest of the buttocks.
Your best option will most likely be revising the BBL with further fat transfer and possible liposuction removing fat from areas of the buttocks that may have been overtreated or project more than can be compensated for with further fat transfer.
