Would a facelift help with acne scars?

The emotional impact of acne scars is very often more debilitating than the scars. Depending on the appearance and type of scarring, surgical procedures can be very helpful in the treatment plan. Unfortunately, the skin will never look as good as it did before the acne and scars occurred.
