2 weeks post op TT/MR with bra roll lipo and my butt is flat, with no lumbar curve.

Question

All responses say TT should not change glute contour, but my back looks like it goes straight into my butt, with no "scoop". I don't feel particularly swollen. Is this a posture limitation? My shoulders are still slightly rounded and hips tucked just a bit under because I'm so tight in front. It doesn't feel like I'll ever stand straight again.

Seems as if you already know the answer to this question. Your stooped posture is creating a lack of lumbar lordosis. Additionally, now that you don't have all that excess skin and fat in front to focus on, you're now focusing on another area. Perhaps your back always "went straight into your butt" and you just never noticed. The lumbar area should not be affected by your tummy tuck. Regardless, you should reserve critiquing until your swelling has gone down and your posture has normalized. At that time, review your before and after photos. Share your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
