Hi Fernana1I don't know if "good or bad" is how I would pose it. At 12 weeks post op, you really should not need to wear a spanx or garment. It may make you more comfortable, but really, you should allow your core muscles work. Certainly, 24-7 would be excessive at this point.Hope this helps.sek
