18-24, female, am I eligible for elongating my jaw?

Hello, I am a 18-24 female who is very interested in getting a genioplasty. My question is how long could you make my jaw? My biggest insecurity is how small my jaw is compared to the rest of my face, it makes my smile look awful and my face square shaped. I really want to get this done, I just need someone to give me some clarification on what could realistically be done (I would also like to get a small v shape surgery done too, if that is possible)

Your chin already has fairly strong forward projection. You can see this on your profile picture. If you advance the chin further, you will encroach on developing a witches chin and will have a labiomental fold that is excessively deep and a labio mental angle that is acute.
If you opt for this option, I would be very careful and how much forward extension is added. Vertical height may be more appropriate. I suggest having a few in person consultations with local, oral surgeons and plastic surgeons who do this procedure in your community.
I don’t see a strong indication for having the Procedure. We generally make assessments using static images without showing facial expression. The appearance of the face with contractions of muscles or facial expression should not be used as a as an input factor for how facial aesthetics surgery is done.
