Hello, I am a 18-24 female who is very interested in getting a genioplasty. My question is how long could you make my jaw? My biggest insecurity is how small my jaw is compared to the rest of my face, it makes my smile look awful and my face square shaped. I really want to get this done, I just need someone to give me some clarification on what could realistically be done (I would also like to get a small v shape surgery done too, if that is possible)

Genioplasty surgery is going to have some affect on surrounding soft tissues. This is simply an inherent part of having this procedure.
At this point there isn’t really anything to do and your best option is to accept the side effects as simply being part of having had that procedure.
