Round chin to flat chin?

Is it possible to change chin shape? From round chin to flat/straight chin (from a profile view). Or is it a question of him much fat is on the chin? And if so can something be done about that ?

Without photos to go on, it is harder to give you better advice. A genioplasty allows for your chin to be moved into a different position which may be what you are looking for. If you like where your chin is positioned but don't like the shape, you can have the bone contoured down to make it appear flatter. A chin implant may also be an option, but those tend to make the chin bulkier, which does not sound like what you are looking for.
