I have a huge insecurity about my chin, lack of jawline, and deep labiomental fold and I'm wanting to know is genioplasty will help with this. My concern is that i already have a long face and I'm afraid this procedure might make it appear longer.

Answer: Getting a genioplasty Your chin already has strong forward projection. You can see that by looking at your profile picture that demonstrates a deep labiomental sulcus. Forward advancement of your chin won’t worsen that fold. Vertical heights, augmentation may be an option, but making an assessment and giving quality advice for this part of the face can be complex. You do not appear to be an obvious good candidate for a sliding genioplasty, at least not in a horizontal direction To get a better assessment and better understanding about the procedure can or cannot accomplish I suggest having a few in person consultations with local, oral surgeons or plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with this procedure.
