Is Silicone implant leakage likely when chest trauma (rib fracture) and bruising of the breast is apparent?

I took a fall and have fractured my ribs. I'm concerned that my implant(s) may have been compromised. I have extreme pain in my chest/ribs and bruising on 1 breast. I do not have medical coverage currently due to unemployment, nor do I have money for a Dr., X-ray or MRI. What symptoms should I be looking for? My augmentation experiences have all been 'botched' to put it politely.

It would be rare for such a force to rupture an implant and I agree sounds like a muscle related issue but if you are still concerned in a week or two when normal muscle related issues would have settled you should see your surgeon to have an evaluation and possible imaging of the implant

Thank you for your pictures. That is an odd area beneath your breast. Hopefully within the next 2 1/2 months the way to the implants will help stretch that out. I also recommend massaging that area to soften and loosen the tissue.
