Is Silicone implant leakage likely when chest trauma (rib fracture) and bruising of the breast is apparent?

The only true way to know if you have a rupture would be surgery but that would be extreme after that it would require imaging. MRI is deffinately best but newer studies are showing that ultrasound may work as well

It is unlikely that your implant is ruptured but only diagnostic imaging will be able to tell you for sure.  If  you have saline filled implants then you will know immediately.  If you have gel implants made prior to 1999 then you may see a different shape to the implant and breast, if you have newer gel implant made after 1999 then you may not be able to detect a rupture without imaging.
