Possible rupture or muscle strain with silicone implants?

I have had silicone implants (under the muscle) since March 2007. 2 days ago I was play wrestling with a friend and felt and heard a pop in my right breast. It has been tender ever since but looks normal and still feels soft however there seems to be a small soft lump in the area where I felt the pop. Could I have ruptured my implant or could this be a muscle strain or bruise?

Generally speaking 325 cc breast implants can give you a very nice natural appearing breast augmentation.   However the breast with of 12 you certainly can accommodate a larger implant.I suggest that you revisit your plastic surgeon and undergo a breast implant sizing system evaluation...

Your photo suggests you had an anchor breast lift - with an incision across the breast crease.This healing scar is the reason your shape is flat.As the scar softens, the implants should drop and the the breast become round.This may take as long as six months, so give it time. Best wishes.

Your implant selection may be too large for your frame but this is a personal choice.  In general for every 200 cc of implant volume you will increase your breast size by one cup. So a 600 cc implant should be up 3 cup sizes.

Thank you for your breast implant question.Your scars are excellent.I see no sign that scar treatment is needed.Covering the incisions with a steristrip is often all you need to do.Do not apply anything to the scar without your surgeon's permission.Sutures dissolve in about 6 weeks. Best wishes
