I had a full facelift(SMAS) in the winter of 2011. I was thrilled with the results, but have noticed, as promised, that jowling is beginning to return. Based on my photos, am I a candidate for another lift? Or do I run the risk of a pulled appearance if more skin is removed? Confused as to whether I should seek a less invasive procedure such as RF, a mini lift, or a second SMAS. Or none of the above. I turned 52 in July and this was my second surgical lift. I had a mini-lift in 09.Thank you!
