This Doctor and his staff are really wonderful! They are caring and generous with their time and energy and also very real and down to earth. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any type of treatment as extremely professional as well as completely knowledgeable. They can be trusted implicitly with whatever you need or want done as they have the experience in many treatments.

I highly recommend Dr. Wortham and his great team! Six months ago, I had Lipoadominoplasty and I am very happy with the results I got. I have had severe stretchmarks from my firstborn, over 30 years ago. Dr. Wortham is methodical and takes his time to make sure he gets the best results for his patients. The stretchmarks are gone and I am on my way to a six pack. I have not had those since high school! I had very little pain and only took nine days off work and returned to work with no pain. I am very happy I took the step and had this procedure.

Highly recommend Dr. Wortham and his team. I had my second procedure with Dr. Wortham two months ago. I had trunk liposuction and the results are beyond what I expected. Breast reduction would have created a lot of scares but with the truck liposuction, I have a small incision on both breast. I had no pain at all with this procedure and returned to work two days after my procedure.

After more than a decade of dealing with baggy eyelids, I finally decided to do something about it. I met with Dr. Wortham to discuss my options and he took several measurements and discussed treatment options. We went with uppper and lower eylid surgery. It's been 3 weeks and the results are quite good and will continue to improve as healing progressive.

It's worth noting I'm a male patient and generally assumed cosmetic surgery is not an option for me. I'm glad I reconsidered. I look and feel younger after having this surgery.I have a new sense of confidence after having corrected my baggy, puffy eyelids.

Dr. Wortham is a skilled surgeon with a good bedside manner. All aspects of the surgery and recovery were explained in detail and he even worked with my tight schedule to have the procedure relatively quickly.

The procedure I got done was called blepharoplasty on the eyes and a lower facelift. I was very please with the results after recovery time. Years of smoking and skin damage erased. Doctor Wortham and his staff gave excellent care that went above and beyond my expectations. I did heavy research on just the right place and I made the right choice. I'm in my mid 50's and have had a "tummy" since my teens...long before I then had three babies. I have wanted to have a flat stomach for as long as I can remember. One day I was talking with a friend and the subject came up and he recommended Dr Wortham. I still can't believe after all the years of thinking about it, I actually did it! My only regret...not doing it 20+ years ago! I am thoroughly pleased with how it turned out. After 11 weeks, my scar has faded, my new belly button looks great and I have a flat tummy! The pain was very minimal. I followed the office directions (don't forget those fiber pills...I'm glad I didn't) and Dr Wortham and his staff were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I sought out surgery as I was having difficulty breathing through my nose. I had a long and complex surgery that made a big difference in my breathing and created a very nice cosmetic outcome. A friend and her daughter recommended Dr.Wortham and I appreciated that he has multiple licenses. Dr.Wortham is clearly very caring and conscientious. He will give you plenty of time for questions and follow-up. Staff makes the place feel like you're visiting friends.

Why give up gaining a more flattering figure after a certain age? Was liposuction hard on me? I keep up with Pilates, control my diet and looked forward to getting rid of the areas that would not come off with diet and exercise. I'd tried Cool Sculpting and found it not accomplishing what I needed or expected.
The areas that had liposuction were: inner thighs, knees, upper arms, under arms, and buttock flanks. The results are fantastic! I now fit in slender jeans and don't have the knees bulging out on the inside of the leg. The boxy look of the buttock due to a pocket of fat on each side of the buttock being removed gives a sleeker look. The upper arms is a collection point for gaining fat even at a young age. A word of wisdom...if you are collecting fat in your upper arm (the under arm area that will wiggle as you lift your arm to wave), it will only get saggier and worse as you age. Lose the body weight before you hit menopause when the fat sticks like cement and is even harder to lose. The arm change was 1" in the beginning but still changing. The skin is slowly pulling back up and toning the arms with exercise helps tremendously after the liposuction. Fat was removed near the underarm by the breast to fit better in my sports bra instead of spilling over the bra cup.
It's been awesome to fit into the slender jeans, have smooth hips and no knees that bulge out to meet each other between my legs. Dr. Wortham sculpted my legs, knees, buttocks and arms beautifully. I can wear hemlines above the knee, sleeveless tops, and well fitted pants and jeans. The compression garments were for the upper and lower body which I wore for 10 weeks. You can wear them under loose clothing if you're going out. I pulled on the leotards for Pilates about 6 weeks after the procedure and am loving the 'new look'.
Dr. Donald Wortham is attentive to your needs, confers with your doctor if necessary for the best outcome for you, is highly skilled in his profession, and he has a professional and courteous staff. He has followup visits that keep a close watch on your progress. Everyone in his office supports your goals, encouraging you every step of the way. Their responsiveness to emails, phone calls and wait time in the office is consistent at being timely.
Dr. Wortham is also an excellent botox and filler injector. I've used Botox for years, but recently started using 1 syringe of filler for both my upper cheeks, under the eyes and WOW! was I happy with the look! He was fast, did not cause bruising and he hand manipulated the filler to be smooth and where he wanted it to have the most impact. I've been seeing him for a few years now and he genuinely cares about his patients and their goals. If you have any concerns, he's very good at communicating and doing all that is possible to meet your needs. I highly recommend him for your cosmetic surgery!
