There are some great products out now to help with volume in the cheeks. Some of my favorites are Sculptra, Voluma, and Radiesse. Voluma and Radiesse last 1-1 ½ + years and provide volume support and structure to facial tissue. Sculptra usually lasts 2 + years and is somewhat similar to the fillers mentioned, though it is a collagen stimulator, which improves contour over a month or two instead of immediately. Thank you for your question.  From the photographs you have supplied it does appear that you are an excellent candidate for Sculptra injections.  Volume enhancement elsewhere in your face will decrease the relative prominence of your lips as well.

First let me commend you for taking care of your skin and particularly for protecting it from the sun. Hollowness of the cheeks (and elsewhere in the face, such as the temples, cheeks, and around the eyes) has a signficant constitutional component and, as is apparently your case, can occur despite one's best efforts.Fortunately, nowadays, we can quickly and safely contour and smooth out hollowed cheeks (and the other hollows mentioned, as well) with the appropriate use of volumizing fillers (not simple fillers used to treat fine lines and wrinkles). These volumizing fillers include Radiesse and Voluma (which I would use alone or in combination in my Upper East Side Manhattan office) and Stylage XXL and Emervel Volume (my favorites in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved injectable fillers and volumizers are available). The entire procedure takes about ten to fifteen minutes to perform and the results are typically immediate and extremely gratifying. There is ordinarlily little to no significant downtime.In general, the results within the cheeks, when properly performed, tend to last up to two years. How much material and which ones (or combinations) would be most appropriate for you are best determined at the time of consultation. Finally, as to how much this type of procedure would cost, I personally set my fees according to the global job, not by the number of syringes. When a person undergoes surgery, the surgeon quotes a global fee for the procedure, for whatever it takes to get the job done right, and not according to each packet of suture material or number of gauze pads used. Likewise, once the fee for nonsurgical augmentation is determined for a particular patient, that fee remains the same whether three syringes or five or more of varying types are needed to complete the job. This contrasts sharply with less experienced and novice physician injectors that have recently flooded the field who attempt to entice customers by selling their treatments flea market style by the syringe.

you would best benefit from appropriately placed fillers. I like sculptra as the base to help promote long term collagen and lifting, and either voluma or radiesse (depending on your in person consultation) as the immediate volumizer.  This combination in my hands gives >2 years of improvement with long lasting collagen production.  I suggest seeing someone who specialized in this and do not compromise your care for distance or price.  To keep these results you'll only need treatment a few times and then maintenance every few years.  Adding thermage or other superficial lasers or radiofrequency treatments with PRP will also help promote best results from the sculptra. Ensure you go to the best.   Also at examining your picture more, botox into your masseter muscules on your jawline would give your face a more round apperance which is more attractive for females.  Finding someone good at this treatment is hard and if not performed well, can change your smile and make it difficult for you to eat.  So ensure if you do get this treatment you only go to someone experienced! There are many choices of filler to use in the area you describe, often referred to as the buccal area.  Excellent results can be delivered through fat transfer, Voluma, and Sculptra.  Voluma has the advantage of lasting as long as Sculptra but with the results seen immediately, whereas fat lasts the longest but has downtime secondary to swelling.  The experience and artistic "eye" of the injector also plays a significant role for achieving excellent results.The attached link shows the results of Voluma to this area.  I hope this helps.

Think very carefully before yiou move forward with another intervention.  It looks like you have a very beautiful face but have what appears to be silicone in our lips.  The important part of your decision is finding a doctor that can inject you to create a more natural looking appearance.  In my opinion there are only two fillers you should even consider having injected anywhere: Perlane and Juvederm Ultra Plus.  They are basically the same thing, lightly crosslinked hyaluronate based fillers.these two are unique because they are the only fillers out there that satisfy two of my personal requirements: 1.) they are long lasting and not designed to disappear quickly so the patient spends more money, 2.) Unlike ALL other long lasting fillers they do not cause prolonged inflammation, scar deposition and fat atrophy ie facial aging.  In addition to satisfying these two of my personal clinical requirement, they actually cause local stimulation of stem cells and production of new healthy vascular tissue.Now to aesthetics- clinical standards in injectables have NOTHING to do with aesthetics,most practitioners wopuld put a filler like sculptra or Voluma in your mid cheek.  THis would be a bad idea for several reasons.  first of all it will make your face look heavier and strange but people tolerate this because they do look fuller and less wrinkled.  Take a look at the link below which shows a patient with a bad rhinoplasty and silicone lips that I treated with volumetric balancing and no surgery and you will get an idea of the importance of filler placement.  Find a doctor that understands how to achieve results like this that look natural.  I call this concept "Aesthetic Facial Balancing."  I would probably offer you some lip shaping by conservatively excising parts of your current augmentation and placing small amounts of filler in the right places to shape your lips and perform more extensive balancing with HA over the high cheek and around the eye.  This would restore a more natural look and "unlock" your inherent beauty.  I hope this helps!All the best,Rian A. You would need to consult a board-certified Aesthetic Dermatologist for specifics about fillers and how many are the best for you (with budgetary considerations in mind, as well), but in general, I recommend Juvederm Voluma® or Sculptra® for all cheek areas.
