I highly recommend following up with your doctorto be sure you are healing properly from Sculptra. It is best to follow yourdoctor’s instructions about how long you should wait for smoking; as this mayaffect the longevity of the filler.
Smoke away. Smoking doesn't affect the results with Sculptra. It does however age the skin. So the more you smoke, the more products and procedures required to stay in shape skin-wise.

Personally, I do record the Sculptra lot numbers that are used when I treat a patient with Sculptra and keep this in the medical record. Not all physicians may follow this same procedure but it does not necessarily mean that you had a bad treatment if the information was not recorded.
