While smoking, of course, has many negative effects on health, there are no studies to prove that smoking after a Sculptra treatment would effect the ultimate results. So, you could smoke immediately after the procedure.
I highly recommend following up with your doctorto be sure you are healing properly from Sculptra. It is best to follow yourdoctor’s instructions about how long you should wait for smoking; as this mayaffect the longevity of the filler.
Smoke away. Smoking doesn't affect the results with Sculptra. It does however age the skin. So the more you smoke, the more products and procedures required to stay in shape skin-wise.
