I had sculptra 5 days ago and I woke up this morning with swollen eyes and itching. Is this common 5 days after the injections?

Personally, I do record the Sculptra lot numbers that are used when I treat a patient with Sculptra and keep this in the medical record.  Not all physicians may follow this same procedure but it does not necessarily mean that you had a bad treatment if the information was not recorded.
