I had sculptra 5 days ago and I woke up this morning with swollen eyes and itching. Is this common 5 days after the injections?

Our office specializes in Sculptra injections in Los Angeles and this is not a common finding. I would seek the advice of your treating physician to determine whether you have swelling from the injections or some other problem. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian

It is not normal to have swollen eyes and itching 5 days after a Sculptra treatment.  I would contact the physician who treated you to be evaluated.  It is also possible that your current reaction is not related to the Sculptra, but you need to be examined to determine what might be causing the issue. 

I think there is probably another factor involved like a topical cream or new oral medication. I have been injecting Sculptra for years and have never seen or heard of this. Please contact your doctor about this.
