There is no maximum number of treatments that is too much when treating a patient with Sculptra.  The treatments can be continued until the desired result is achieved or until there is a plateau in the amount of tissue stimulation.  If you feel you would like another treatment a year after your last one, this is not unreasonable.  I would discuss your potential treatment with your treating physician.  

Sculptra is a fabulous product that does require a series of injections to obtain best outcomes in many cases.  The relative frequency with which the injections are repeated varies from patient to patient depending on their clinical response.  I would seek the opinion of an expert and experienced injector to decide if you need more treatment at this time.  Best of luck!

Sculptra thus far. You can definitely use more Sculptra but at this point it
will be difficult to know how much more you will need to have complete fill to
the volume loss you have. One more session may be enough; perhaps 2-3 more
sessions will give you the best results. Your board-certified dermatologist or
plastic surgeon can work with you to determine what is best for you at this
time. Sculptra injections are given usually about every 6 weeks until you have
complete response; and then the results can persist for up to two years in many
patients.

Thank you for posting a photo. Sculptra will
last up to 2 to 3 years; this filler will stimulate collagen, helping to
replenish lost volume. Follow up with your doctor to determine if you are a
good candidate for Sculptra to give you a younger look.

It actually looks to me that you have persistent volume loss. I would recommend more sculptra. Until you are volumized, you should do Sculptra as close as about every 6 weeks.
