I am a 23yr, 109lb, starting off small 34b desiring a full C. I have chosen Dr.willam j.Welsh as my surgeon. He suggested a 310cc moderate profile natrelle round gel (silicone) sub-glandular. (Above the muscle) I am kinda wary about sub-glandular, am I a good candidate? i know above and below the muscle have pros and cons to each,I am worried about looking "too fake". Please give me advice to weight out my final decision.

You will have more natural looking cleavage, less risk of capsular contracture and a better mammogram in the future. I am also using the new Inspira implants from Natrelle which are smoother. Since you claim to be 34 B, maybe the real size that you are looking for is 34 D cup , which will fit better your title - 'boobiequeen' . After being 28 years in plastic surgery practice, I noticed that many women over estimate their breasts size, mainly because '' Victoria secrets' makes the bra size smaller. so women feel better about their breasts size. For you, to become 34 C , you will need implants with volume of, roughly, 300 cc. For 34 D , 450 cc. I use , almost exclusively, smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants made by Mentor (thinner shell) and place them all under the muscle. The reasons are too many bring up in this session. If you will contact my office, I will provide with all that information. You will hear and read different opinions about these points, so do your due diligence and check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery. Make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Pay special attention to the cleavage area, the perkiness, the symmetry and the natural look. Go with the surgeon that 'wow' you most .
