Can I get round, firm and closer looking boobs with bigger implants? (Photo)

I want more fake look ,and don't want use anymore stuffed ,padded bras as I want have round ,closer boobs ,I got my surgery 450 cc ,natrelle hp,on February ,my boobs are very low and lot of skin to put bigger implant ,I want my boobs 800cc or 1000cc ,please for advice where to go get my final effect and what you recommend me to go for sizevize,I want more fake look and higher placed boobs ,don't want wear push up bras ,is that possible ?as I have lot of breast tissue still ,thank you,

Good morning!Your goal photos are my patients- the pink bikini patient is from Australia and has 1250cc, and the aqua bikini patient is from West Virginia and has 1000cc. Here's how you get that look:1) a donuit mastopexy to lift your nipple position and tighten your skin2) the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which lifts your implant pockets higher on your chest wall and supports them there over the long term3) an implant exchange for overfilled saline, and 800-1000cc sounds awesome!I have included a link to my XL breast augmentation photo gallery although I know you have already found it- have fun!

Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs, your goals are achievable. It is possible, but hard to determine based on the photographs only, that additional maneuvers such as adjustment of the breast implant capsules ( "internal bra"),  breast lifting, as well as the use of larger breasts implants may be necessary to achieve your goals.  If breast lifting were necessary, I would probably suggest staging of the procedures ( breast lifting first, followed by the second stage larger re augmentation).

Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery is:

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.

2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "round, firm” or "fake" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.

3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your chosen plastic surgeon to work with you in determining the best plan to achieve your goals.

If you goal is to achieve higher, rounder firmer breasts then its likely your will need to consider a breast lift with implants.  This will help to lift your breasts higher up the chest wall and tighten the skin.
