I took 210 cc natrelle silicone implants under the muscle two weeks ago. Before my breast augmentation I was a 32AA in Victoria's Secret bras (or maybe a bit smaller), and I was not hoping to become more than a 32B. Right now I think I look quite large, and not exactly a B-cup. I'm petite, 5'2 and about 93 lbs, and my ribcage/under the bust measurements are 25.6 inches. Can anyone help me figure out which bra size I can expect to become when all the swelling has gone down? Thank you :)

It looks like you are healing normally from the operation. The implants will typically rise up after surgery. They typically start to fall at one month. This becomes even more confusing with different bra sizing among the various manufacturers. The rule of thumb is 150--200cc increases most patients cup size by one cup. As you are very petite, you might find that the 210cc device increases your cup size by a bit more than one cup. The process of losing the swelling and settling of the devices also seems to increase the appearance of the volume.

What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes.
