2 weeks post op 210 cc natrelle silicone implants, which bra size?

You are early in your post operative course.  It looks like you are healing normally from the operation.  The implants will typically rise up after surgery.  They typically start to fall at one month.  They can take 6 to 12 months to get to their appropriate position.  Please follow your Plastic Surgeon's instructions.  Each Board Certified Plastic Surgeon may have their own protocol.  Let them know your thoughts.  Jeffrey J. It is difficult to accurately determine an exact size that will be achieved after augmentation.  This becomes even more confusing with different bra sizing among the various manufacturers.  The rule of thumb is 150--200cc increases most patients cup size by one cup.  As you are very petite, you might find that the 210cc device increases your cup size by a bit more than one cup.  The process of losing the swelling and settling of the devices also seems to increase the appearance of the volume.

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. You should have a much better idea in a few more weeks.  It may take up to 12 weeks to start to see the final shape and size of your breasts. Bra sizes vary between manufacturers so you may find that your cup size will be different with different brands of bras.

Congratulations on your recent surgery.  Its still early days in your post operative recovery so its difficult to assess your final size.  Even with your detailed description its still difficult to give you an indication of your final bra size.  This is best done by a bra shop that specializes in fittings and you may wish to wait a few months for the majority of swelling to abate.

Since there are no fixed and uniform definitions of cup size, I don't think anyone can offer more than a guess even if somehow they knew exactly how you would look when the implants have settled. Some surgeons offer a guideline suggestion of one cup size increase for every 100-250 cc of implant volume. Don't think this info is of much help, but it is realistic. A bra shop would be more helpful than will a surgeon guessing without photos and without having seen you.All the best. 

Swelling after a breast augmentation usually increases for the first 4-5 days and usually peaks out about day 5. The amount of swelling can be decreased by the use of ice packs on the breasts in the first week or so. Once the swelling peaks, it usually takes about 6-8 weeks for 80% of the swelling to subside. Although things do start to look pretty good after about a month. Because of the swelling and the stretching of the breast tissues over the implants, it can take as long as 4-6 months for the breast to soften completely.In this case, since it is only two weeks after surgery, I wouldn't spend much time with concerns about bra size. In 3-4 weeks most of the swelling will be gone and then it would be appropriate to go and be properly measured and fitted by someone who has some experience in bra fitting (look for a better lingerie store).

It will be difficult to provide you with an accurate assessment of your bra size after your breast augmentation, even with the excellent information that you have provided. It is still a bit early to be sized at the store for a new bra since you most likely have some residual postoperative swelling. In about 2 weeks, you could go bra shopping to determine your new size.
