Hi @Bellarose2025! I recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a hammer and chisel technique is performed leading to more inadvertent fractures. Best of Luck, Dr. Nima!

Based on the photos, it appears you would be an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty, although of course you would need to be seen in person to be sure. You have excellent bone structure and lovely features but I do agree that your nose is not as harmonious as it could be. The bridge is wide; the tip is bulbous, and the size is a bit disproportionate. Rhinoplasty is one of my favorite surgeries to perform, because the results can be life changing! I would likely file your nasal bones to reduce the width, and trip the cartilaginous elements to create a more feminine tip. In my practice, I focus on creating very natural results, and while your skin appears to be slightly thick, much improvement could be achieved. I recommend you consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns to see if rhinoplasty surgery is right for you. It is always a good idea to bring pictures of noses you admire to help express your goals and expectations during your consultation.

Per your images and descriptions, your concerns could be improved with this procedure. It is possible to achieve the features you are wanting to improve and even assist with the nose base retracting when smiling which can make the appearance of the tip seem to project or droop down depending on the patient. There are multiple areas of the nose both internal and external that all work in conjunction for the overall appearance. It is important to find a provider who is qualified and knowledgeable in these procedures to ensure best results. Your physician should do a full facial evaluation, understand your goals, and provide the best treatment plan to get to your desired results.

You have a somewhat wide and square (what we may call "boxy") tip of the nose. There is also a bit of a tilt. We should be able to make that area more refined and consistent with your goals. You'd have a cast on the nose for one week, and should look good in about 10 days.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide and overprojected nasal appearance. If this is something that is bothering you a lot, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower and less distracting nasal appearance. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
