Hi I have always hated my nose, how it projects when I smile and how large the tip of my nose is. I really am considering getting one for a while now but I want to make sure I am a good candidate. Thank you!!

A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. For the front view, you could refine the tip and narrow the middle third and bridge. You have a great profile so I wouldn't recommend drastic changes there. The approaches are open vs closed and it's the surgeon's preference (I prefer the prior). If you're interested in rhinoplasty, find a facial plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty and the ability to morph your photos in clinic to a desired outcome. Best of luck!

Based on the photos, it appears you would be an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty, although of course you would need to be seen in person to be sure. You have excellent bone structure and lovely features but I do agree that your nose is not as harmonious as it could be. The bridge is wide; the tip is bulbous, and the size is a bit disproportionate. Rhinoplasty is one of my favorite surgeries to perform, because the results can be life changing! I would likely file your nasal bones to reduce the width, and trip the cartilaginous elements to create a more feminine tip. In my practice, I focus on creating very natural results, and while your skin appears to be slightly thick, much improvement could be achieved. I recommend you consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns to see if rhinoplasty surgery is right for you. It is always a good idea to bring pictures of noses you admire to help express your goals and expectations during your consultation.
