You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty but there are many different ways to do it. The tip projection can be increased with cartilage grafting. I don’t think you need more tip projection. As long as the bridge is lowered enough you don’t need much done with the tip. But that would be in my hands. There are plenty of surgeons that would graft your tip

From the photographs presented, you have an overly projected nose, and an under projecting chin. A closed rhinoplasty approach (not open rhinoplasty) can accomplish reduction of the projection of your nose, shaving down the hump, and narrowing the nose from the frontal profile. All the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required. Placement of a chin implant Will help significantly with facial balance and proportions, by augmenting the chin forward. In our practice we make that incision underneath the chin to place the implant. Both procedures can be done together under one anesthesia with one recovery period. Choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience, since rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery.

I see it as a good idea for the face to be in harmony. Having a clearer idea before the operation helps to make photosmilation, decision-making, although photosmilation does not give a definite result, it is very useful for decision-making.
