I am sorry to hear you have some lingering concerns after 1 ½ years after your rhinoplasty surgery. Have you returned to your original surgeon to discuss these concerns? Your surgeon should welcome you to his/her office with open arms, as it’s our duty (and hopefully, passion) to get patients through the process of surgery with active guidance and support. Any odor could be a sinus infections, so you might want to see an ENT for this asap. If the sinus infection is ruled out, I would absolutely discuss these issues with your original plastic surgeon. Your surgeon has access to the operative report, and he or she might also specifically remember what was done in surgery. Either should help decipher the origins of the bump.

Without a photo, I can't venture a guess about the nature of the nasal "bump". As you are 1 1/2 years post surgery, your nose is healed.
I am concerned about the odor and nasal drip as it suggests active infection.
Visit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and treatment soon.
