I got my surgery about a year and a half ago and at the tip of my nose on the left nostril I have a little bump that looks like a pimple , but it isn’t a pimple I’ve had it since a little after the surgery and they told me it takes a year to fully heal. I still have the little bump should I be concerned what could it be? I also have a weird smell and nasal drip that still hasn’t gone away why should I be concerned about this ?
