Scab that reopens in nose 2+ years post rhinoplasty

I have a scab or what feels like little cut that reopens in one of my nostrils now and then post rhinoplasty where my nostril meets my septum. It twinges and hurts a little and when it comes back I can see a little 'cut' at my nostril. Is this ever normal?

As the edema in the nose starts to subside, soft "V" deformities may emerge. This condition can be corrected. If it does not bother you and does not cause breathing problems, there is no need for intervention :).

Even though the vape is simply flavored, and not containing nicotine, it is unwise to use before, during, and after surgery. It may interfere with your healing since vapes contain unknown substances. Do your best to stop vaping. Dr. Gross
