46 wf. I've had multiple injurys to my face as a result of abuse from age 5 to 37. I just had all my teeth removed and dentures placed. My dentures are great but teeth still dont show when i smile. I know i need rhinoplasty, but thinking maybe a lip lift would also help? Have alot of pick scars from 8 years ago when I was addicted to meth. Scars are worse in summer months. Please advise, i currently only have medicaid and very very little $.

If your funds are limited I would not bother with the lip lift at the same time as rhinoplasty. Lip lifts can cost thousands and I’ve not been impressed with them. Lip lifts do
Not do what you think they do.

Great questions. Start with Rhinoplasty first with acne pick marks excisions. Then after 6 months do lip lift. These are all cosmetic procedures or fee for service, not insurance covered. Expect fees in the $10.000+++ ranges.
