What type of plastic surgery do I need? Rhinoplasty, lip lift? (Photo)

46 wf. I've had multiple injurys to my face as a result of abuse from age 5 to 37. I just had all my teeth removed and dentures placed. My dentures are great but teeth still dont show when i smile. I know i need rhinoplasty, but thinking maybe a lip lift would also help? Have alot of pick scars from 8 years ago when I was addicted to meth. Scars are worse in summer months. Please advise, i currently only have medicaid and very very little $.

As the edema in the nose starts to subside, soft "V" deformities may emerge. This condition can be corrected. If it does not bother you and does not cause breathing problems, there is no need for intervention :).

Even though the vape is simply flavored, and not containing nicotine, it is unwise to use before, during, and after surgery. It may interfere with your healing since vapes contain unknown substances. Do your best to stop vaping. Dr. Gross

You may be having an allergic reaction to the suture material used during the surgery, or a cartilage graft used under the skin for camouflage could have been overhealed and left in the form of swelling. if something is very uncomfortable, the issue can be resolved with the revision rinoplasty.
