What can I do to become more attractive/ facial symmetry?

I have a deviated septum . I also feel like my face could do with some improvements and make it more balanced and masculine. I have been told a combination of filler and rhinoplasty would help. I have eyes that are close together also.

If we analyse the face and pictures that you sent us, I agree with you that your nose is deviated, perhaps there is a dorsum that has a convexity. For this reason, I believe that Septorhinoplasty can improve it and bring a more harmonious look to the mid-face shape. Furthermore, I believe the chin implant would help you to improve the projection of the lower face, and make the chin look more masculine. In the area of the temples, where the face appears to be very narrow- fillers or fat injections would be a preferable method of contouring the face and making it more in accordance with the lower face. These three interventions would create more masculine and symmetrical look.

Straightening your nose will help a lot with facial symmetry. To improve your appearance, I recommend a rhinoplasty suitable for the male face. Considering the general contours of your face, there is no surgical procedure to separate the eyes. However, supporting the eye corners with volume will help to balance the appearance. Fat injection from the sides to the temple area helps to correct the posture of the eye area. The cheekbones can be supported by fat filling, and fat can be injected into the jawline to create a masculine jawline. These operations are possible surgically in one session. A satisfactory result is achieved :) Afterwards, skin care and botox will be complementary.
