After viewing your pictures it doesn't appear that you have symmastia.  Yes, your cleavage is close but you are in the early stages of your recovery.  Remember it takes time for your muscle and tissues to stretch out to accommodate the implants. Be patient and follow your surgeon's direction. 

It does not appear that you have symmastia as it looks like from the photos that you have two separate breast pockets and they are not communicating.  They are very close together and look like distinct pockets at this stage.  You are also early in you post operative period and will settle down quite significantly in the coming weeks.

Its always difficult to tell in the early post-operative period if the pockets have in fact connected.  I would watch carefully and see if things don't get better.  Your board certified plastic surgeon should be able to give you all the details about these types of problems and handle any issue that come up.  Good luck and keep us posted.

Thank you for your question.  You do not have symmastia, but very accentuated cleavage.  You are only a month out. I recommend wear a loose bra that does not constrict in the areas of flatness.  Your result will evolve and soften over time.

You do not have synmastia because the implant pockets are not connected.  Your have normal postoperative swelling.  With time the implants will stretch the tissues, the swelling will resolve, and the shape will improve.  This process takes about 3 months.

In the photos that you submitted you do not appear to have synmastia. As you progress through your convalescence your final breast shape will begin to evolve. Be patient.

At this point you do not have synmastia however there is not much of a space visible between the implants at this point.  The muscle appears to be pushing down on the implant making it appear wide.  As the muscle relaxes the implant should drop and fill in the lower pole of the breast.  This just takes some time.

Thank you for the question and the photos.  It does not appear from your photos that you have symmastia.  Your cleavage is really close together but this likely improve as the muscle relaxes and your swelling subsides.  If you are very early in your healing phase the anticipated changes that will likely occur over the coming weeks will likely improve both the cleavage and the "flatness" that you describe.  All in all you should  achieve a very nice result.

From the photos, you don't appear to have synmastia, but it's very close.  In other words, over time, your skin could possibly lift off your breastbone and then you would have synmastia.  When you talk about a flat part of your chest, I assume you're talking about the lower part of your breasts.  This will fill out over time as the implants drop and the upper pole of the breasts will soften.

From the photos it does not appear that you have synmastia as there is a clear separation between the inside margin of the breasts. It can take several weeks before the implants settle into a lower position giving the breast a more natural appearance.
