Thank you for your question.  You do not have symmastia, but very accentuated cleavage.  You are only a month out. I recommend wear a loose bra that does not constrict in the areas of flatness.  Your result will evolve and soften over time.

You do not have synmastia because the implant pockets are not connected.  Your have normal postoperative swelling.  With time the implants will stretch the tissues, the swelling will resolve, and the shape will improve.  This process takes about 3 months.
