Is Ultraformer3 an effective skin tightening treatment?

I can't see anyone on this sight specifying an Ultraformer 3 treatment but maybe some specialists on here have heard of it or have experience. It is a HIFU machine but I understand there are different HIFU machines so they may differ. Please share your experience or opinion.
