I’m 58 Female a good weight to height ratio. I’m 5 ft 3 and 63 kg. Max weight I’ve ever been is 68 kg. The skin in question is on my inner upper arms but is visible when I wear short sleeves. So it’s not the classic batwing I’m concerned about.
Answer: Loose skin There are a few options to consider to tighten skin on the arms. Surgical intervention in the form of a brachiolplasty is one. In this procedure excess skin will be removed and the arm contour addressed. Non surgical options include Evolve Tite and Tone, Morpheus8, and BodyTite. You can learn more about each of these options by visiting my website. An in person consultation is recommended to determine the best treatment for you.

Answer: Moprheus8 can help minimize appearance of creepy skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Morpheus 8 What you are describing is a problem that lots of people have and thankfully there are options for you. Morpheus8 is a wonderful treatment that would help you with skin tightening of your crepey skin. Another option for you would be smooth threads to stimulate collagen and skin tightening. We do both procedures at Spa-V in Louisville Kentucky. If you wanted to do the Morpheus8, you would need three treatments 4-6 weeks apart, but I believe that you would get the desired results you are looking for. Smooth threads could take several applications. I hope this helps.

Answer: Consider HA Skin Boosters +/- Profhilo For Crnkly Inner Arms I have found that the a series of treatments using small boluses of HA skin boosters and/or Profhilo to be quite helpful for crinkly upper inner arms and upper inner thighs. For more resistant cases, the use of small boluses of a malleable, low viscosity, cohesive HA filler judiciously placed in a gridlike pattern throughout the area may provide additional benefit, much as it often does when crinkly necks are treated. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be wary when presented with inflated claims for expensive yet-to-proven RF and ultrasound gizmos that are being hawked out there. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

Answer: Best procedure for tightening inner arms. Several options : surgical and non surgical e.g. Bodytite, Morpheus 8 , Profhilo Hi Thanks for your interesting but challenging question. There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) for the arm area. it is also important a detailed assessment of the area to be treated, your skin e.g. elasticity, muscle tone, smoking status, age, history of significant weight fluctuations etc One option could be surgical arm lift . This procedure involves removing excess skin but it is quite invasive and leaves a long scar. If the patient refuses to undergo to surgical lift, then I offer an alternative and less invasive option. My experience is with Bodytite in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart ), Renuvion-J plasma (requires only 1 session) , Exilis 360 Ultra ( Radiofrequency and Ultrasound) that require 5 to 10 sessions usually once a week. I also combine the above procedures with Profhilo, collagen-stimulating dermal fillers ( e.g. Radiesse, Sculptra etc. ), collagen drink and skincare in indicated. It is important also aftercare program and lifestyle ( healthy diet and regular exercise, avoid direct sun exposure, good hydration) however the results are never guarantee because each patient is different and the results varies patient to patient. I would recommend to make an appointment with a surgeon expert in body contouring and skin tightening procedures for a medical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment plan if indicated. Hope this helps, Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore
