Ok to do both SkinTyte and Fotona Tightsculpting for loose skin? (Photo)

Question

I had a poor lipo result 7 yrs ago with an adhesion. Did physical/massage therapy to release and it resulted in stretch marks/loose skin on my neck. Rather than do face/neck lift at the age of 40, multiple MDs suggested trying laser tightening first. I am in the process of doing BBL with a session of SkinTyte to my neck at the end. Recently found Foton Tightsculpt and want to try that too. Since they are not the same type of lasers, is it OK to do them both close together? Have you seen success?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

A full of facial and neck photographs are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. From the limited photographs presented, you appear to have significant laxity of the skin in the neck, fat deposits, and  a platysma muscle cord,  Minimally invasive treatments simply will not accomplish your goals in this area. Talk to facelift specialist  about a lower face and neck lift procedure to properly rejuvenate your neck
