49f, 5'6", 145#. Lost 45#, losing 15-20# more, loose skin on thighs/knees. I know thigh lift gives most dramatic results, but not an option & don't want lipo. Told BodyTite/Renuvion require lipo causing more loose skin &may not be able to tighten enough, so may not be helpful. Don't expect to look 30& pre-kids; just want to look ok at beach, so even *a little* bit will help me mentally. What's my best option? Will Thermage/Skintyte/Ultherapy/ThermiTight work?

Answer: Skin laxity Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! The skin on the inner thighs is thin. An in person exam is best but you may need to consider a thigh lift. Non surgical options like BodyTite and Morpheus8 may give you some improvement but if the skin is too lax it may not be the best option.

Answer: Renuvion is highly recommended While all the mentioned techniques (Thermage, Skintyte, Ultherapy, and ThermiTight) have their own merits, one treatment I'd highly recommend considering is Renuvion. Contrary to some beliefs, Renuvion doesn't always require simultaneous liposuction. It's a minimally invasive technique that uses a combination of helium plasma and radiofrequency energy to cause skin tightening by promoting collagen production. This can be quite effective for addressing loose skin, even in areas such as the thighs and knees. Of course, expectations need to be realistic. Renuvion can provide noticeable improvement, making your skin appear firmer and more youthful.
