Short answer is no. If you can have a device at your home then it won't likely have enough power to accomplish much. Skin tightening takes a lot of energy (laser, radiofrequency, etc.) and needs to be in the control of a medical professional. Check out your local med spa, dermatologist or plastic surgeon for advice.

The treatments available there are under a physician's supervision and are much more powerful and predictable than home treatments.  In addition you will be assessed before, during, and after treatment to ensure your safety and results.

Medical grade equipment will provide far better results than any home device. Although home devices are more affordable, it takes more time and effort with little to no results. Medical grade lasers and devices and emit higher energy, thus producing better results.
