Looks like you had a lot of fillers and other 'minimally invasive' procedures in the past. Yes a lower facelift would help with the jawline and jowls. You also have relatively weak chin and some type of genioplasty might help--but this is personal preference. A conservative lip lift might help as your upper lip looks long in the picture, but this can be done after the facelift and you see the results first.
