Is it possible to lower my eyelid crease with a revision Eyelid Surgery? (photos)

I had my double eyelid surgery at 17 and I am now 23. I wish to taper and lower my eyelid crease to appear more like my natural eyelid crease that I had before surgery. Is adding fat to the eyelid area risky? I can currently see the permanent sutures through my eyelid skin as they are a dark grey colour. They make extremely visible bumps on the eyelid. What I should ask the surgeon to prevent this from reoccurring in my revision? My eyes are asymmetrical and I am thinking of ptosis.
