I have eyelids that are quite droopy and have "extra skin" making me almost look tired. Can upper blepharoplasty raise my eyelids making them look less "droopy" and more "squinty?" (By "squinty" I mean a smaller distance between my eyelashes and my eyebrow.) I've attached a picture of my eyes in resting position, and another of me actively holding up my eyelids for the desired look. I'm a 28 year old, male.

Thanks for your question. Everyone's under eye would look sunken under a harsh flash light. But for your case, fat injection to under eyes would be the most ideal treatment. Your own body fat isn't a foreign matter and it'll smooth your under eyes. You could discuss your options with a bard...
