I have some issue with my eye that causes my eyelids to droop. I believe it may be ptosis, but am not sure. Have also seen an upper blepharoplasty may be helpful? I'd appreciate any insight.

Answer: Droopy Eyelid Treatment You definitely have ptosis. The treatment is surgical, the method dependent on the specific cause. From the difference in the amount of flat space, you probably have disinsertion of the levator and an external blepharoplasty and levator shortening would be best. See a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon with experience in ptosis treatment. See the last example in the web link.
