Under eyes and cheeks I need help; had filler for years; Oct 2020 I was heavily overfilled in cheeks & under eyes & thus have gone on a journey to dissolve refill & chase a problem Now my under eye is baggy & my one cheek is just not right it looks like a bulbous shelf in photos I can't imagine it's still filler? dissolved over 6x w/no refill, malar Edema? old photos aren't like this & they aren't that old I've done Morpheus & Botox crows feet/jellyroll at a loss what to do to get them back

You’re not looking straight into the camera, but it appears you have one droopy eyelid. It could certainly be both eyelids. But you need a ptosis evaluation to see why you have ptosis in the first place. There are many different reasons for having ptosis, whether it’s on one side or both.

Thanks for your question. Everyone's under eye would look sunken under a harsh flash light. But for your case, fat injection to under eyes would be the most ideal treatment. Your own body fat isn't a foreign matter and it'll smooth your under eyes. You could discuss your options with a bard...
Hello and thank you for your question. In my opinion you would greatly benefit from a Quadrilateral Blepharoplasty (Upper and Lower Eyelids). If you decide to not do the upper eyelids, a lower lid blepharoplasty will help to remove those bags and give you a less "tired" appearance. I suggest...
