How to get a super defined jaw line? (photos)

Question

I want a super defined jawline. I have missing bottom teeth however was told my overbite wasn't quite bad enough for Orthognathic surgery. Plus that surgery is too invasive for my liking. I have already had about 5ml of chin/ jawline filler over the past 2 years as well as chin lipo. Yes theyve helped but have not gotten me to where i desire. I'm considering a chin implant but have a feeling even that would not be enough. Attached is my jawline before, my jawline now and my goal.

There are a few things that can be done to achieve your desired look;
1) Getting a bichectomy (buccal fat removal) would really sharpen your face line. This will help your jawline to step out when we look at the overall look of your face 
2) Chin liposuction will even out the bottom of your face so that the focus can be on your jawline. 
3) Since your are going for a strong & sharpe look, 5 ml wouldn't get you where you want. You may consider getting 8 to 10 ml injections under the construction of your practitioner to construct your face.
