What would be the best course of action to get sharper jawline & submental cervical angle? (photos)

I'm a 28yo male. I really don't like how my side profile looks. I'd like to have a more defined jawline and get a much sharper angle under my chin. I know losing some weight would definitely help but even when I'm at my ideal weight it's not much better. I'm not exactly sure which route would produce the best results, but any recommendations would be appreciated.

Without losing weight, the best way to improve overall jaw definition is with a custom jaw implant. The implant fits along the entire jawline and is placed from an inside incision. It will improve the definition of the chin as well. You will likely want to shave your beard.

You have  significant deposits of fat underneath the platysma muscle which will require a necklift procedure.  The fat deposits above the muscle  are removed with liposuction and and surgery is done to remove the sub-platysmal fat in addition to a platysma-plasty to significantly improve your jawline.
