How can I fix my small jaw and receding chin? (Photos)

I have a small jaw that isn’t sharp despite weight loss and a receding chin. Both these unbalance my face, even from the front and make my nose seem bigger. Since realising, I need to fix it but unsure what would work best: a jaw or chin implant, filler, liposuction, or something else entirely.

Thank you for providing your question and photos. Chin implants are the best option for projecting a recessed chin that impacts the facial proportions and side profile. Inserting an implant that is customized in size and shape to the rest of your face can provide a harmonious, well-defined result. 
In certain cases, the jawbone may also be moved forward to provide the desired projection. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your aesthetic goals and suggest the best approach to help you achieve your desired appearance.

Hello. First of all, you have no need for liposuction. Your submental area is very beautiful and lean but the middle of your chin is small. If you want a temporary solution, you can provide this for a while with filling. However, for a permanent solution, definitely consider a chin implant. In addition, your chin needs to grow more than about 7-8mm. I think you are a more suitable candidate for the implant, as this amount of growth will give a very rough and bulk appearance if it is done only with filling. For your jawline line, I think you do not need an implant, it will still be better when we enlarge the jaw cheap. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe.
