I am in my 30s with slight jowling taking place. I had buccal fat removal done 2 years ago and I feel like the skin is starting to sag on my jawline. I’m looking to get a chin implant to give me the same projection Ariana Grande has, as I would like my face/chin to look like hers.

Answer: Understanding the impact that the man the bowl can have Do you have the jawline of someone like the person in your wish pictures means being born with a large dominant man the bull in comparison to the Maxilla. Augmenting the tip of the mandible does not create the same dynamic solution. Individuals will have a long projecting mandible tend to have and normal dental occlusion with excellent jawline definition. The extended Mandible causes the platysma muscle to drape the neck in an ideal fashion. If the body of the mandible lacks projection than the person typically has a dental overbite occlusion forms a premature double chin and loss of jawline definition at an early age. you will also see on profile pictures with the upper lip has more forward projection than the lower lip. Individuals with a more dominant mandible (compared to the Maxilla) tend to have a lower lip that projects more than the upper lip. With a less projecting mandible the underlying platysma muscle drapes the neck in the more oblique fashion. Augmenting the chin simply projects the chin but does not give all of the dynamic changes that comes with having a larger mandible. A jaw advancement would be indicated to obtain those changes.
